  • Rain garden and bee forage

Our new location in Omaha was carefully maintained by an elderly couple, and the garden has a strong emphasis on perennial flowers. It's a real hit with all the local pollinators, and we'd like to build on that success by adding bee hives in a year or two. However, we also need to add rain gardens to handle the runoff from the roof, and doing so will involve moving many of the plants out of the way. Eventually we'd also like to add vegetable gardens and a small greenhouse. Here is the plan so far.

partial sun
clay
moderate
neutral
Daylily (Hemerocallis spp)
